CVC is a national tourism specialist with 20 years in product and business development in iconic destinations.

We offer comprehensive regional tourism planning for peak bodies and Councils working with state government through to business advisory for private operators seeking help in a specific area. 

CVC works extensively in agritoursm, arts and cultural tourism and Indigenous tourism. We work directly with Indigenous Corporations and communities, on grant funded projects, or engaged via agencies like Indigenous Business Australia and Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation.

  • Commercial Marketing Strategies - including domestic and export expansion, brand communication and some implementation in B2B marketing

  • Market Analysis and Research - quaitative and quantitative

  • Product Development and Demand Testing

  • Tourism Infrastructure Advisory - small capital builds on privately owned land e.g. campsites, cabins, trails

  • Business Reviews - internal and external feedback, team workshops and supporting owners identify and address critical issues and leverage strengths.

  • Coaching and Advisory -  hourly rates, bundles, retainer and project rates apply

For peaks, councils and regional tourism bodies we offer:

OUR APPROACH

We work to first understand your vision and needs and then develop a clear pathway forward on a commercial basis where necessary. Many of our clients are Councils or Corporations building pathways into tourism,  looking for creative options, frameworks and partnerships in industry. CVC works with investors and tourism operators wherever they are in their tourism journey, from start-up to established entities.
