Marketing Plan for Luxury Eco-Lodge

The owners of Gum Creek Station asked us to develop a marketing plan to help set marketing priorities and for the region’s latest addition; a new  luxury eco-Lodge on a working station in the northern Flinders Ranges.

Being able to draw on experience in regional tourism marketing and in the self drive market so vital to outback destinations, Susan was able to access and apply visitor trends, quantify market value, review competition and establish clear marketing strategies in years 1-5 for the new product including positioning, packaging and selling a clear point of difference to group markets.

The marketing plan formed part of Gum Creek’s submission for the SA Tourism Commission and SA Tourism Industry Council Tourism Awards in 2013 for Best New Development.
