Working with National Parks
We help state governments to improve nature-based visitor experiences by identifying market-product matches and verifying commercial feasibility.
We work predominantly in regional areas where people travel to experience raw nature. In recent years we've worked with National Parks and Wildlife in regional NSW and the SA Department of Environment as well as NRM Boards nationally on strategic marketing approaches, product improvement, developing a bookable commercial tourism product, and capital project feasibility analysis for public/private investment.
Our recommendations have been implemented by local and state government, have helped project managers to prepare cabinet submissions for capital funding and given regional managers the confidence to persist in tourism development projects that add-value to the community.
Our aim is to contribute to sustainable regional tourism outcomes, by being able to demonstrate a tangiable return on public funds investment. We can assist government investors to determine likeihood of an annual return on proposed public-private tourism projects in National Parks to increase a destinations' appeal to the changing needs of contemporary visitors.
